Please Note: ‘The Search for Snoopy – A Peanuts Adventure’ is an immersive and interactive experience. All guests enter the premises and participate at their own risk, and release Kilburn PE, LLC, its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees, and Peanuts Worldwide, LLC, from all liability of any nature while engaging in the event. Masks are required for all guests over the age of 5 until further notice, in accordance with local and state ordinances and venue regulations. Guests are strictly prohibited from running, jumping, or climbing of any kind, on the premises and/or within the experience. Strollers are not allowed inside ‘The Search for Snoopy - A Peanuts Adventure’. Photos and videos of your experience are encouraged. Please be aware that by entering ‘The Search for Snoopy - A Peanuts Adventure’ Premises, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photos, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Kilburn Experiences, LLC and Peanuts Worldwide, LLC, their successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. ‘The Search for Snoopy - A Peanuts Adventure’ will operate in compliance with state and venue regulations and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19); however, all guests are reminded this is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Do not enter ‘The Search for Snoopy - A Peanuts Adventure’ if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
